Our dental community is in shock with the sudden passing of Tulsa Orthodontist Dr. Brenda Chockley.

Thursday evening, January 14th, Dr. Brenda Chockley did not survive after she fell down some stairs and suffered a broken neck.

Dr. Chockley was a distinguished professional, a true friend, and devoted, loving wife and mother.  She made an immeasurable difference in so many lives.

Our thoughts and prayers are with husband Dr. Jon Cooper, sons Alec and Joel, and their family during this most difficult time.

Visitation:  Tuesday, January 19, 2016, Come & Go Visitation at the Moore Funeral Home, Southlawn - 9350 E 51st St - Tulsa, OK 74145, 8:00 am - 9:00 pm.  Please Note:  There's an Open Invitation to attend the visitation with the family from 6:00-8:00 pm.

Service:  Wednesday, January 20, 2016, Service at Asbury United Methodist Church - 6767 S Mingo Rd - Tulsa, OK 74133, at 2:00 pm - with Reception following at 3:00 pm.  

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to Asbury United Methodist Church Spring Break Mission Trip Scholarship Fund on Dr. Chockley's behalf.
